Let's take a quick survey of existing model portfolio positions, as well as a new deep value purchase!

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your patience as I work myself back after a long vacation, where I was able to gain some perspectives on life as well as investing.

In this post I will provide a quick survey of the existing Hidden Rock Capital Model Portfolio (HRC MP) positions for my paid subscribers in this post.

I will also share a new deep value purchase I made today for the model portfolio which I’m very excited about.

This particular retail stock has been crushed back to prices seen at the depths of the COVID pandemic when all stores were shuttered.

Some difficult headwinds that the company experienced over the past 12-18 months will soon shift into tailwinds, and I believe the company has upside to double or triple over the next few years, as it currently trades at just 2-3 times normalized earnings. 🧐
